worldvessel asked: Which of these do you believe is more important to growing as a writer? Writing with your own voice and letting that grow or focusing on execution and writing technique?
That’s like asking which is more important for a writer, nouns or verbs. It’s all important. And it’s all vaguely irrelevant. Write, write a lot, become a better writer. In the end you’ll sound like you and you’ll be technically solid.
